Cookie policy
Version 1.1, effective 19 October 2026
What we use. We use only the cookies and similar technology the site needs to work, unless you say yes to marketing. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies until you accept them.

| Analytics (cookieless) | Counts visits and pages without cookies or personal profiles. We also count anonymous page and form-step totals (for example, how many visitors reach each step of the form) without cookies, to improve the site | No, because nothing is stored on your device | Lovable built-in analytics, Little Big Stars step totals |
| Marketing | Lets Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measure which ads lead to orders and show you our ads | Yes. Off until you accept | Meta Pixel, ID 1803695400948247 |

What the Meta Pixel sends. If you accept marketing cookies, Meta receives events from your browser: a page view, a product viewed (on a story page, the Santa page or the personalisation page), checkout started, and a purchase with its value (in GBP) and order number. We do not send your child's name, photo, avatar, or the details you enter into the personalisation form. Meta says it also handles its own matching of this data; see Meta's own privacy information.
If you accept marketing cookies, we also send the same purchase and lead events to Meta from our own server (Meta's Conversions API), so they are counted reliably. These include your IP address, browser details and Meta's _fbp/_fbc cookie values, but never your email, name, phone or anything about your child. If you reject marketing cookies, nothing is sent from our server either.
Your choices. You can accept or reject marketing cookies with equal ease on the banner. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. You can also delete cookies in your browser. If you reject marketing cookies, the site works the same and we do not load the Pixel. When you withdraw, we stop the Pixel straight away and delete the _fbp and _fbc cookies on our site. Cookies Meta sets on its own sites must be cleared in your browser or your Meta account.
