Review policy

We invite customers to review Little Big Stars. Our rules:

1. We publish honest reviews, good or bad. We never edit a review or ask for changes because it is critical (we only remove abuse or unlawful content).
2. If we gave the reviewer a discount or free order, the review says so: "Reviewed after receiving a discounted order (50% off) from Little Big Stars." For a free order, the review says: "Reviewed after receiving a free order from Little Big Stars."
3. Reviews are real customers' real words, published with their first name and initial and with their permission. We never invent, buy, or write reviews, and we never use AI to write them.
4. A discount is never conditional on the review being positive, and a customer does not have to leave a review to keep a discount.
5. We do not hide negative reviews from our ratings or totals.
